Aerial Arts Classes

Ground Acrobatics

Hand Balancing

Want to learn how to hold a handstand? Well, this class is for you! You will learn proper form and alignment, helpful hints, techniques and partner drills to begin to be able to hold a handstand. As students progress they will gain the balance needed to remain in handstand while transitioning into stagged legs, splits and beautiful arched body positions. Throughout class students will stretch, engage and condition the body to help build the strength it takes to press up to handstand, planche, or even walk or stand on one hand. This class is the perfect way to build strength from your fingers all the way to your toes and find the body’s center of gravity.

Tumbling & Acrobatics

This class is designed to help increase flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control, body awareness, discipline and concentration. It will focus on fundamental gymnastic and acrobatic technique, teaching such skills as handstands, chin stands, forearm stands, alligators, rolls, cartwheels, back bends, walkovers, acro balance and contortion tricks. All levels are welcome!

Open Training & Fitness

Open Training

Open Training is an independent training time for students and performers to refine their technique and skills learned in class, work on act creation and sequencing. Beginners must complete an introductory session before attending. Instructors will be available to spot and supervise, but no new skills will be taught.

Strength & Stretch

Strength & Stretch is the perfect compliment to your aerial and acrobatic training. This class uses a variety of apparatuses and equipment and your own body weight for a total body workout. Each class is designed to show you how to effectively perform exercises to improve flexibility, balance and endurance, while building upper body, lower body and core strength.
