Lyra (Aerial Hoop)
Lyra is a beautiful and creative aerial dance apparatus suspended in the air. Classes focus on building skills and sequences while learning to spin and dance in the air. You will learn to create unique and innovative aerial flow while building strength and flexibility. No experience is necessary for the introductory class.
Strength & Flexibility Training
Condition your whole body from head to toe, discovering muscles that you never even knew existed. We offer a fun and effective way to train using various aerial apparatuses, as well as some props and your own body weight. We also offer open training times so that current aerial or acrobatic students can come practice what they have learned.
